TRANSMON CP4 MULTI CAMERA SYSTEM
WIRELESS FORKLIFT CAMERA WITH GPS FOR 1-4 CAMERAS CONNECTED VIA WI-FI OR DATA
The World’s smallest and most reliable 4 channel mobile DVR. Connect up to 4 cameras (2 are in standard kit models). Integrated GPS, 6-Axis G-shock Sensor, built-in mic, 3 12V alarm input triggers, one 5v alarm output trigger, SD card (128GB capacity), external event record button, standard kits available for lift truck applications include WiFi or Cellular modem and video-out for connecting to optional LCD (rear view) display.
The Transmon CP4 is compact and discreet and records from up to 4 cameras with audio for up to 200 hours. CP4 records exactly what happened before, during and after an incident---triggered by the impact sensor or the compatible TDS601 keypad impact or speed sensor. A video of triggered event is then viewed from various synchronized camera angles before, during and after the incident. Some clients use the external event record button to record video of received damaged goods or loading of high value product.
Management can use this video for operator accountability, equipment usage, equipment whereabouts, proper checklist completion, impact force of accident, product that is hit, false driver claim verification, texting and mobile phone usage while driving, excessive lingering and accident near-miss events used for operator training. Event videos can be saved to the PC in operator's file for future reference. Time stamped video makes drivers accountable for shift start times, break times, lunch times and end day finish times. Video accountability also has been shown to significantly improve handling productivity and reduce accidents and damage to product and equipment.
Heavily used forklifts in high volume handling operations are frequently abused causing the company countless amounts in damaged product, damaged equipment, damaged machinery and damaged buildings. Transmon's CP4 camera has been proven to significantly reduce damage by careless and reckless forklift drivers by providing management a video proof of an accident before, during and after the abusive impact or speeding event occurs. You can connect up to 4 high resolution color cameras, GPS, infrared night-vision, up to 3 minutes of pre-alarm recording, and SD Card flash storage (up to 128GB). The CP4 series is as technologically sophisticated as it is practical, it offers forklift fleet users an effective risk reducing means to aid in the investigation process, decrease collateral damages associated with accidents, make operators accountable for properly performing the pre-shift checklist, videoing the loading/unloading of expensive product before shipment and upon delivery in your facility, and improving operator’s driving behaviors.
An in-vehicle EDR (Event Data Recorder), makes constant recordings of video footage using a 'first-in' 'first-out' method. In the event of an abusive impact, speeding or triggered alarm recording, the CP4 'flags' these saved event files so they do not delete when the SD card becomes full. When the camera is triggered by an external alarm input, the recording begins up to 30 seconds before and after the trigger activation (time is adjustable). These videos may later be viewed for surveillance purposes or evidence in an investigation, providing concrete evidence for clarifying responsibility. The CP4 provides an easy user interface to extract the data from the unit and transfer to a computer. Our unique software is preloaded on the SD card and is compatible with any version of Windows, which makes it effortless to view and save video files to your PC. With the click of your mouse, you can convert videos to AVI format for easy playback in almost any media player.
GPS is standard in the device, so if you have an outdoor application, you can track the position of the vehicle when you review the SD card video via an internet connection to Google Earth. Video is reviewed via the software on the PC in actual time, 1/2X, 2X, 4X, 8X and 16X actual speed. All video is time and date stamped and shows vehicle speed and accelerometer output as the video is reviewed. Up to 4 cameras are synchronized on the split view video screen allowing an accident to be reviewed from several different angles.
