Driver / Pedestrian Active Warning

Personal proximity warning

Help drivers know if they are close to a pedestrian.

Trucks are fitted with a transmitter & Receiver system and pedestrians are fitted with an active tag. The system will then warn the driver of the vehicle if a pedestrian with an active tag is present within their field of proximity.

  • Controllers have programmable field strength offering a close proximity of 1m stretching to a proximity pick up of 50m
  • System warns the operator through an LED and Buzzer / Beacon
  • Additional warning devices for the pedestrians can be added, so that they may flash or vibrate to increase awareness further
  • Increases pedestrian/truck awareness throughout the site
