Prevents Overloading of Forklift Forks

Over Load Savure 2 provides Visual Weight Indication & Pressure Indication.

• System accuracy is +/- 2% of truck capacity only
• The overload module will be connected into the hydraulic lift cylinder to monitor the ram pressure which will be proportional to the load on the load arms
• Two set points are available to enable a warning and increasing load above set point 1 set point 2 can then interrupt or cause a data logger to record the adverse event
• Audible and visual alarms can be dash mounted
• A grace time can be set before set point 2 initiates an interrupt to allow the operator to redress the situation. This can be set from 0 to 10 seconds.
• The pressure switch once set can be locked preventing unauthorised adjustment
